📦 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Customized or final sale items are non-returnable
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds may take additional time depending on your payment provider

- Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts

- Order number
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
- Brief description of the issue
